Outdoor Furniture for the Modern Lollygagger

While April showers are keeping us huddled indoors today, this weekend promises sunny skies and high temperatures. With Spring in full swing, we're breaking out the patio furniture! Our Highland Avenue window offers just a preview of an amazing (and sustainable!) line of outdoor furniture joining the Weisshouse showroom.

Loll Designs was formed in Duluth, Minnesota, the project conceived as a way to repurpose excess materials from skate parks designed by innovators TrueRide. The furniture pieces allowed TrueRide to increase yield and reduce waste from a sheet.

Each chair comes from the plastic side ramp panels from the skate parks. Using a High Density Polyethylene Sheet, made from reclaimed milk jugs, Loll creates classic outdoor silhouettes like the Adirondack chair in extremely durable materials. Sun, rain, sleet, and snow, these outdoor pieces can withstand whatever Mother Nature throws at it.

Best of all? Loll purchases materials in the USA to manufacture products in the USA. From materials to production, you can be sure that this is an investment that helps reduce your carbon footprint.
