Each one of our staff designers possess a very unique personality and sense of style to match. So it was no surprise that when I asked each of them what his or her favorite sofa at Weisshouse was, I received three very different responses. Ron Reinheimer chose the more traditional "Avignon" from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Stan Adamik selected the "Avalon" sofa, a more modern, minimal style. Betsy Daily's favorite is the "Loft" sofa. With a transitional silhouette and track arm, "Loft" is right between Ron's traditional "Avignon" and Stan's modern  "Avalon". The Leather Trend

We have blogged in the past about furniture and fashion and how current trends tend to spill over into both of those worlds. Jennifer Lopez appeared on "Katie" this week rocking a black, leather jumpsuit. We are seeing a lot of leather this season in both fashion and furniture and we wanted to showcase a few of our new favorite modern leather pieces for the home. Leather is often thought of as durable, timeless and at times, masculine. There's nothing like an old leather chair that's worn and comfortable.
